Choose a subject

One chapter or the whole book

Select individual chapters with tick boxes, or use Whole book to select all chapters in the chosen book. Only selected chapters are used. Each subject uses the textbook already available on PunjabTest: English, Mathematics, General Science, Computer Science, History and Geography use English; Urdu, Islamiyat and Tarjuma-tul-Quran use Urdu. The generator selects the saved book language automatically.

Set the paper and attempt choices

Enable MCQs, true/false, short questions or long questions. Choose how many questions to generate and the marks for each. For written sections, choose how many the student must attempt. For example, generate 5 short questions and set Attempt any to 2: the paper prints that instruction and counts marks for the 2 answers to be attempted.

Print the paper and optional answer key

Generate the paper to review it. The print layout uses black text on white A4 pages. The optional objective answer key is for the teacher; written answers are checked by the teacher. Keep the key unchecked when printing the student copy.

Practice questions and textbook editions

Saved MCQs are reused, with unsuitable Urdu direct-question variants excluded. Short questions combine standalone saved stems with authored practice; long and true/false questions provide additional chapter-topic practice. This is not an independent transcription of every textbook exercise. Chapter lists follow the books already used on PunjabTest. Match your selected book and units to the syllabus taught at your school. This is a custom practice layout, not an official board examination or pairing scheme.

Using this paper generator for purposeful revision

The PunjabTest paper generator helps students and teachers organise revision into a printable practice paper. For the 2026–2027 session, first choose the class and teaching medium, then select a subject and the chapters already covered in class. Review the available question types and paper settings before generating your paper. Punjab Board, PEF and NSSE learners should compare these choices with their own school’s current textbook, assessment instructions and marking scheme.

Read, practise and review

Read the relevant textbook lesson before attempting a test. Note important definitions, examples, diagrams and any points your teacher has emphasised. Begin with one chapter so that you can identify a specific weakness. When you feel confident, combine related chapters for broader revision. A repeated practice attempt may contain different questions; improvement should come from understanding the topic rather than remembering the order of options.

Use feedback to plan the next lesson

After an online test, review the displayed answers and explanations where available. Write down why an incorrect option seemed convincing, then return to the relevant lesson. For a printed paper, keep your written working and check it with your textbook or teacher. Practise longer answers in complete sentences and show each step in calculations. A practice score measures that attempt; it cannot predict an official examination result or guarantee marks.
