The poem begins in the morning: Lord, in the morning I start each day, by taking a moment to bow and pray. I start with thanks, and then give praise for all your kind and loving ways. The poet thanks Allah for the sunshine, the rain, the food and the home she has.

In difficult times, the poet does not lose hope: she prays and asks Allah to keep her close in sight, and she promises to help others and to follow His commands until she goes to sleep at night. The message is simple: say thanks every day, and help others whenever you can.

ENGLISH

Praise means to say nice things about somebody. Hide means to put or keep out of sight. Fear means to be afraid of something. Command means an order given to a person, and crawl means an act of moving on your hands and knees.

3. Consonant Clusters and Telling the Timeحروف صحیح کے مجموعے اور وقت بتانا
🏷 Tags: consonant clusters, initial, final, clock, quarter past, quarter to
ENGLISH

A consonant cluster is a group of two or three consonants in a word: each consonant keeps its own sound, but they are said together, like str- in straight, scr- in scream and spl- in splash. Sort the given words into initial and final consonant clusters: split, gulps, script, pumps, attempts, strong.

Learn to tell the time from clocks: when the minute hand is at 3, we say quarter past (for example 7:15 is quarter past seven); when it is at 9, we say quarter to (10:45 is quarter to eleven). Look at the given clocks and write the time.

Sounds and Timestr-, scr-, spl-→Quarter Past→Quarter To
آواز اور وقت samjho: حروف صحیح کے مجموعے الگ الگ پہچانو اور quarter past اور quarter to سے وقت بتاؤ۔
4. Grammar: Gender Nouns, Helping Verbs, Apostropheگرامر: جنس کے اسم، مددگار افعال، علامت ملکیت
🏷 Tags: gender nouns, masculine, feminine, neuter, be, do, have, apostrophe, exclamation
ENGLISH

Nouns have three genders. Masculine nouns name males: husband, father, uncle, tiger. Feminine nouns name females: wife, mother, aunt, lioness. Neuter nouns name non-living things: kit, chair, bag, pencil, crayons. Write the given nouns in their correct columns.

In the negative form, be, do and have are used with not: She is not playing with the doll. They are not going to Lahore. We have not received the parcel. The apostrophe (') shows possession: The customer's trolley, the student's notebook, Hurrah! We have won the match! (exclamation mark), My daughter's hat, What an amazing car!

اردو

اسموں کی تین جنسیں ہیں۔ مذکر اسم نر کا نام بتاتے ہیں: husband, father, uncle, tiger۔ مونث اسم مادہ کا نام بتاتے ہیں: wife, mother, aunt, lioness۔ غیر جاندار اسم بے جان چیزوں کے نام ہیں: kit, chair, bag, pencil, crayons۔ دیے گئے اسم درست خانوں میں لکھو۔

منفی جملوں میں be, do اور have کے ساتھ not آتا ہے: She is not playing with the doll. They are not going to Lahore. We have not received the parcel. اپاسٹروفی (') ملکیت ظاہر کرتی ہے: The customer's trolley, the student's notebook, Hurrah! We have won the match! (علامت تعجب), My daughter's hat, What an amazing car!

Grammar FocusMasculine→Feminine→Neuter
گرامر samjho: مذکر، مونث اور غیر جاندار اسم الگ کرو، منفی جملے بناؤ اور اپاسٹروفی کا استعمال سیکھو۔
5. Writing: Mind Map and Paragraph on Blessingsتحریر: مائنڈ میپ اور نعمتوں پر پیراگراف
🏷 Tags: mind map, blessings of Allah, five senses, paragraph
ENGLISH

A mind map helps you organise ideas before writing: put the main idea in the centre (for example Blessings), then add supporting details around it, and finish with a conclusion.

Fill in the mind map about the Blessings of Allah and write a paragraph from it in your notebook. Then write a paragraph about the five senses of the human body: sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch — each sense is a blessing that helps us learn about the world.

Write WellMind Map→Blessings→Five Senses
تحریر samjho: پہلے مائنڈ میپ بناؤ، پھر اس سے پیراگراف لکھو۔
