Exercise کے سوال SLO-based practice questions ہیں — official textbook exercise کی نقل نہیں. The Quran Majeed is Allah's final Book, revealed to the Rasoolullah (ﷺ) as guidance for all humanity. Muslims recite it, learn its translation, and try to live by its teachings — it guides belief, worship, morals and dealings.
A student can use this guidance every day. When a choice is hard — telling the truth or hiding it, helping or walking past — the Quran's teaching points to the right way: be truthful, be kind, be fair. That is why recitation alone is not the whole lesson; the teaching has to reach daily behaviour.
Hifz means memorising the Quran by heart; ترجمہ means learning its meaning in one's own language. Memorising without understanding is incomplete, and understanding without practice is incomplete — the book teaches both together.
A good way to learn is to take one small portion at a time: memorise it, then ask what it means in your own words, then try to live by it for a day. In this way memory, meaning and practice grow together, and the portion stays with you instead of being forgotten after the test.
Hadees are the sayings, actions and approvals of the Rasoolullah (ﷺ). They explain the Quran in practice: how to pray, how to treat people, how to live. A hadees is accepted after checking its chain of narrators and its text.
That is why the Quran and the Hadees are always studied together. The Quran gives the command and the principle; the Hadees gives the living example of how the Prophet (ﷺ) carried it out. Checking the chain of narrators and the text protects the teaching, so that nothing is added to it and nothing is taken away from it by mistake.
This Bab also teaches duain zabani — short prayers memorised for daily moments: before eating, before sleeping, on waking, when entering and leaving home. Learning them by heart makes remembrance of Allah part of daily life.
Short duas are easy to learn one at a time. Learn the dua for one moment properly — for example before eating — and use it every day until it comes to the tongue by itself. Then add the next one. Slowly, remembrance of Allah becomes part of the day, not a separate lesson.

Long 1. Explain how the Quran and Hadees work together in a Muslim's life, with one example each of belief, worship and dealings.
Answer: Quran gives the command and principle; Hadees shows it in practice — e.g. belief in one Allah, prayer as taught by the Prophet (ﷺ), honest trade as he practiced.
Long 2. Why does this Bab teach hifz, tarjuma and duas together? Explain the link between memory, meaning and daily practice.
Answer: Memory keeps the words alive, meaning guides understanding, and duas turn remembrance into daily habit — together they make faith lived, not just learned.
This chapter has four topics. The Quran Majeed is Allah's final Book and guidance for all humanity — recited, understood and lived by. Hifz (memorising by heart) and tarjuma (learning the meaning) belong together: memory without meaning is incomplete, and meaning without practice is incomplete. Hadees — the sayings, actions and approvals of the Rasoolullah (ﷺ) — explains the Quran in practice, and is accepted after checking its chain and text. Duain zabani are short prayers memorised for daily moments: before eating, before sleeping, on waking, and when entering or leaving home. The exercise (5 MCQs, 4 short, 2 long) is solved at the end.
Revision guidance: Revision: first fix the four definitions (Quran as final guidance; hifz; tarjuma; hadees as sayings, actions, approvals); then the pair that must stay together (memory + meaning + practice); then the daily moments for duas (eating, sleeping, waking, entering, leaving home).
