STEP BY STEP

Think of government as the team that runs the whole country: it makes laws, builds schools, roads and hospitals, and keeps people safe through the police. Its capital, Islamabad, is where much of this work is planned. And it must serve every citizen, not one group only.

STEP BY STEP

A citizen is simply a person who belongs to a country — that includes you. With belonging come rights: school to learn in, a doctor when sick, safety on the street, and the freedom to speak respectfully. Children hold these rights too, especially the right to school and protection.

✏️ Example / مثال

Example / مثال: At a red traffic light, cars stop and people cross safely. One person breaking the rule can cause an accident — rules protect everyone.

STEP BY STEP

Rules are not there to spoil fun — they keep everyone alive and safe. A red light stops cars so children can cross; a green light lets traffic move again.
