This unit teaches us through a story or a text, and we practise reading, speaking and writing about it.
Read the text slowly, look at the pictures, and guess the meaning of new words before asking the teacher.
Citizenship is tested in small places: a wrapper on the street, a queue in the canteen, a game where no teacher watches. Read the unit and collect three such small places, then decide your own rule for each before the test asks you — because the test's think questions are exactly those small places with the teacher removed.
Notice the unit's definition of honesty: doing right when no one watches. That is why copying in a test is wrong even if everyone copies — a crowd does not change a wrong into a right, it only hides it for a day.

Grammar: prepositions of place and time. 'In the park', 'on Monday', 'at 5 o'clock'.
We learn to write short passages and to use 'should' for advice: 'We should keep our school clean.'
Prepositions of place and time answer two questions and no others: where? and when? In the park answers where, on Monday answers when, at 5 o'clock answers when exactly. If a small word answers neither question, it is not the preposition you need — try the sentence again with where or when in front of you.
Should is advice wearing soft clothes: 'We should keep our school clean' tells you what is good without ordering you, and a good advice sentence always gives the reason next — clean because everyone learns better in a clean room. Write your littering advice the same way: should, plus the reason.

Every unit ends with a message for life. Think about how you can follow that message at home and at school.
Practise writing a short paragraph on the unit's theme: one topic sentence, three supporting sentences, and one ending sentence.
A paragraph on a good citizen is a portrait in four strokes: loves the country, follows its laws, respects all people, keeps streets clean and helps neighbours. Do not write five qualities with no example; write three qualities and one example each, and the portrait will look like a person, not a poster.
The wrapper question in the exercise is the paragraph in action: pick it up, put it in a bin, say kindly that the street should stay clean. Action first, words second, kindness throughout — that order is the whole answer.
